I joined this wiki because: I was invited by friends who love Saiyuki the way I do. The best word to describe me is: fun...can think of tons of words, but nothing as fully encompassing as that. Interests: Meteorology (my major in college), comedy (I do amateur stand-up) and theater, manga/anime (mostly Saiyuki, Gravitation, Fruits Basket, FAKE, Junjou Romantica, Fullmetal Alchemist, and anything by Tateno Makoto, Haruka Minami, Rie Honjou and Chitose Piyoko), computers and video games (I'm a hardcore Everquest player for the past 9 years, which is where one can find me 3-4 nights out of the week), politics (I'm a "liberal hippie"...as in, I believe in equal rights for everyone, pro-choice, pro-gay marriage, pro-peace, and yes, healthcare for everyone. We all deserve to be healthy AND still afford to eat), and of course, music (mostly metal and different kinds of rock, and new-wave '80s, but I enjoy most anything except for most rap, country and "smooth" jazz...you know, Kenny G, etc.). Favorite movies: Fantasia/Fantasia 2000, Lady and the Tramp, Oliver and Company, The Lion King, Lilo and Stitch, Dazed and Confused, A Mighty Wind, The Lost Boys, Dogma, Rocky Horror Picture Show Favorite TV shows: Countdown with Keith Olbermann (shush...he's hilarious), Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Hell's Kitchen, Survivor, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Animaniacs/Pinky and the Brain, Tiny Toons, Looney Toons, Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, the anime listed above, MASH, Will&Grace My hero(es): Suzanne Westenhoefer, Margaret Cho, Denis Leary, Jeff Dunham, Christopher Titus, Lewis Black, Janeane Garofalo, Jim Cantore My superpower is: I can make anyone laugh in any situation! If I could live anywhere, it would be: Wow, that's a tough one. I want to live in so many places, and travel everywhere. I'd probably say, though, anywhere my parents are sister are would be where I'd want to live. My dream job(s): Professional stand-up comic, or a meteorologist on Jim Cantore's Weather Channel disaster team.
